Cultivating Excellent Mental Health and Spirituality for the good of a Christian's inner life must be part of the church's culture.


Jesus ministers to the whole person and so, besides attending to the physical and spiritual needs of the people, we should also care for their mental health wellbeing. As such, mental health ought to be closely intertwined with our church’s approach to discipleship.


In view of the skyrocketing mental needs around us and for the Church to be relevant to society, we must ready ourselves as a MH-informed community to offer love and pastoral care to our members and those around us.


Below is a template to serve as a reference for churches to incorporate mental health into our discipleship agendas:
